Prathamesh Naik
TED Fellow. Director ISFC.
Pratham is a Director of the Indian School Finance Company (ISFC). Within 12 months of operations, the ISFC is in the process of financing 119 low income private schools and has already impacted the lives of over 90,000 students. The ISFC has recently been named as one of “10 new ideas that could change the world” by Intellecap, India’s leading consulting firm for social for-profit companies. In his previous assignment, Pratham was the Director of Sales & Marketing of The Spark Group, an education vertical supported by the IFMR Trust, the social enterprise arm of the ICICI Bank. He returned to India from the UAE in 2007, where he held roles as Country Manager at Supermax and Section Manager at Transmed – Proctor & Gamble. He was also one of the TED India Fellows for this year.
Ram Sahasranam

Ram is currently the Vice-President (Marketing & Projects) at Ixoraa, a firm dedicated to bringing together extraordinary talent across generations and disciplines to focus on shaping the thinking, policy, and progress in the Indo – U.S. corridor. Besides, he is also the Director (Marketing) at Prime Gases which manufactured Industrial gases like Oxygen, Carbon di oxide, Nitrogen and Dry Ice. Ram was closely involved with organizing TEDIndia 2009 at Mysore as the Coordinator for Sponsorship.
Nitin Rao
TED Fellow. MIT Sloan MBA Candidate.
Nitin Rao is a TED Fellow and an MBA candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is passionate about enterprise approaches to development, and was recently involved in incubating new ventures at SKS Microfinance. Previously, Nitin was a Staff Writer at NextBillion.net, a community that analyzes sustainable business models aimed at the world’s poorest citizens.
Amruth B.R.
CEO Vita Beans. Former President, CEL.
Amruth is the Founder, CEO of Vita Beans – a startup that provides neuroscience based applications (web/desktop) to profile & train cognitive & behavioral abilities. He was the President of CEL, BITS Pilani & is the recipient of almost all major national research fellowships for students. He has also won a Grand award & NASA Award for his prototypes at Intel International Science & Engineering Fair. His startup has won several business plan contests & incubation offers from across India.
